Mild stone renovation
In the case of minor scratches on the surface of the stone, we will use an 800 diamond water grinding disc and clean water to polish it with a stone refurbishing machine for 10 minutes. Attention: If there is old wax on the ground, the wax should be removed first. During the polishing process, water should be added to keep the ground moist, and a water suction machine should be used to remove the sewage to avoid polluting the stone. Then replace the 1500 and 3000 polishing discs, as well as the diamond water grinding discs, and use the above method to polish them one by one.
2、 Moderate stone renovation
If the surface of the stone loses its luster, it can be renovated with moderate stone, and polished one by one with polishing discs 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000, and diamond water grinding discs. The polishing method and precautions are the same as above.
3、 Deep Stone Refurbishment
When the stone exhibits holes, weathering, or severe corrosion, a deep stone renovation process can be used. Before renovating, the holes must be repaired as follows: first, clean the dirt inside the holes and dry the stone, mix the corresponding epoxy resin or unsaturated resin adhesive according to the original color and reflectivity of the stone for repair, and then use a weighting machine, cooperate with the stone renovation grinding disc, and polish the diamond water grinding discs of No. 50, 150, 200, 400, 800, 1500, and 3000 one by one for renovating
