Marble polishing process

In the second step of fine grinding, the patterns, grains and colors of the finely ground marble surface have been clearly displayed, and the surface is relatively fine and smooth, and the finely ground marble has begun to have a faint gloss.

The marble toilet surface with three steps of fine grinding and fine grinding has no visible trace, and the surface will become more and more smooth, and the gloss can reach more than 55 degrees.

Four steps of polishing. After we have done the previous steps, we use the polishing machine for marble to grind the marble from the rough to the fine size of the 50-3000 stone water grinding plate, which can make the ground bright and flat as new. The polished marble surface is very bright, and the gloss of the marble can reach more than 85 degrees.

Generally speaking, the appeal steps can basically finish the marble surface, but sometimes we will encounter artificial stones such as jazz white and resin. After finishing the process, the surface may not be very bright. We can spray A2 liquid medicine again and grind it to dry with 3000 #, and then repeat the polishing and grinding with nano-pad, together with the marble mirror rejuvenating cream NO2, 2X mirror locking knife into the milk Q5, and the shiny fruit will be much better than before.
